Management Team

Johnson N. Asinugo (FNSE)

Johnson is the founder and Chairman of the TTi Group. He was the MD/CEO of TTi Group until 2014. His work experience spans the spectrum of telecommunications and information management systems engineering, operations and project management at all levels. His on-the-job experience was acquired mainly in the United States of America and in Europe working for international telecommunications conglomerate such as American Satellite Company (Maryland, USA) INTELSAT (Washington DC,USA) and INMARSAT (London, UK) in various technical and management capacities. Since his return to Nigeria, Johnson has been appointed to various government boards as Non-Executive Director and Consultant to major projects and establishments with interests in ICT and Telecommunications.

Richard Shaw

Richard is a Senior Financial Systems Consultant with TTi Limited.Prior to TTi Limited, he founded a company (Ensemble Technology) focused on developing software and providing turnkey technology solutions to merchant banks and investment managers in South Africa. In his role as a Senior Consultant, Richard designs trading systems for remote, real-time trading with automated order matching and is involved in a number of business process re-engineering projects as well as managing a few large development projects. Richard holds a MBA specializing in International Trade and Finance. He is South African.

Michael E. Uwa (CIMA)

Mike is a Senior Functional Business Consultant with TTi. He started out with British Telecom in Billing and Accounts Reconciliations in London. He later joined KPMG Consulting where he was involved in the implementation of several financial solutions and IT projects. His core competencies span Business/Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Systems Diagnostic review, Business Process Optimization, Project Management. He is a qualified management accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK with an MA degree in International Finance and Investments from the London Southbank University.
